Hey everyone,
My Excel spreadsheet is online and hosted on SharePoint. It uses a PQ to gather data from another sheet in the same SharePoint location. This requires the user to sign into their organizational account, and they're usually greeted with a window that looks like this:
However, one user isn't able to log in because a 'transparent' version of this window is appearing.
I've tried manually navigating to the "Data Source Settings" under "Get Data" to edit the credentials there, but after I click "Edit Credentials", every following window appears transparent. (Number 2 is the "Access Web Content" window that should appear as shown above)
I was able to interact with the windows still and we managed to get to the organizational login page, but even it was half rendered (Number 3) and this time we couldn't interact with it.
We tried a computer reset and are about to repair the installation. Has anyone seen this issue before or know of a fix?
Thanks!

Hi Michael,
Welcome to our forum!
Those ghost windows are a bug that have also been seen by some of my fellow Excel MVPs. I'm not sure what the fix is, sorry. Microsoft are aware of it and working on a fix. I'd try updating Excel to see if that helps.
You can also 'send a frown' via the Help tab on the ribbon to help Microsoft diagnose the issue.
