I have a PQ that will refresh correctly for one person, but will not refresh correctly for myself and one other person.
When I open the PQ the last line has the correct data with the correct date, when I hit load to, it does not float that data down and it still has the previous months data. We all have same access to files, privacy level for all are set to ignore. We are all accessing the same file within the same folder.
Thoughts?

I can't see what the problem is from the screenshots you provided. Could you share some proper ones (not photo's of the screen) made with the 'print screen' snipping tool that you should have on your (Windows) PC?

i attached pictures
on existing connections I changed authenticated users acct to none for all connections & that seems to have worked but I do not know why?
if the three of us have the same access would we need to flip to none?

Thanks for the screenshots. But I still don't understand your question or it relates to the pictures. The first and third ones seem to show exactly the same status. How does it look for the third user? Difficult to diagnose without seeing the query itself.
