Workbook 'A' 200 plus columns and over 25k rows, I have three or four queries, data cleansing and transformation, to get final results say 1000 records with around 10 columns which are now required in workbook 'B'
Means I want to import summarized power query results of workbook 'A' into workbook 'B' rather than importing full table from workbook 'A' and then doing further transformation in workbook 'B' to avoid any performance impact.

Power Query loads to a table in the file containing the query, or to the data model in the file containing the query. You can't load it to another external file. So, you either copy the query and paste it into the new file and continue your transformations, or load the results you have so far to a table in the query file. Then in the new file, Get Data > From Excel Workbook.
