Hi All:
I typically use Stock Data and Election Data to explore various data modeling techniques.
I this case, I am using USA 2020 Presidential Election State-County-Precinct data to import and transform JSON data.
I imported the data, loaded onto a sheet, then did a standard pivot table.
Is there a process or technique for transforming/preparing the JSON data into the pivot table format before loading sheet and pivoting.
BTW, seems like a very involved process to import JSON data from web or local file into PQ
Thanks

Hi Robert,
Data looks good as it is for pivot tables, data does not have to be in the same structure of the pivot tables, that's what a pivot does.
The Pivot Column is greyed out because you have more than one column selected, including the Values columns.
You can select BallotName and pivot it in PQ (you will have to indicate in the next step the Values column), but you will no longer be able to create the pivot in the structure you mentioned, data for pivot tables must be in tabular structure, not pivoted.
