I have 2 tables loaded as connection only. They tables do not have the same columns, but there is common column header "Item Name".
I need to generate a new Table that contains all the data from Table 1 plus the Item Names that are in Table 2 but missing from Table 1.
I think I need to use Merge, but can't figure out how to get the correct Item Names added to the new Table.
Any pointers greatly appreciated.

This post covers the different merge types in Power Query and should answer your question. If you're still stuck, come back with an example Excel file so we can help troubleshoot.
