The number of columns in them is different
The JE file has 3 columns that already exist in the G2N file
But the G2N file has additional columns
How to merge them into one file ???

How do you want to merge them into 1 file? In a single table or in 2 separate sheets?
JE-after.xlsx does not have Employee code, so you don't have keys to merge them in a single table, you will have to use 2 separate queries that will be loaded into 2 separate sheets in the same file.
I combined the 2 tables from 2 sheets - the consolidated file in sheet 2 sheet
- Now I have another problem.
I need the data from the column JE GL code-
Will be below the data of the GL CODE page.
So that under the columns E F G
I need the data from the columns H I J
