Hi,
I have values in my list that I have transformed from another source where they are all upper case. 
However, the output I need to produce should not be fully upper case. But just capitalized first letter.
In this data are acronyms that need to remain fully upper.
Is there a technique for ensuring that certain items remain upper case?

Hi Barbara,
Yes I would say there's probably a way to do what you want but I'm not entirely sure what it is you want.
In the image you supplied you highlighted IFRS and MDGC in a column named Curriculum Name.Split2.
The column beside that named PILLAR contains the string Global Finance.
The next column looks to be these first 2 columns joined together.
I don't see where you are applying Proper Case to the strings?
Can you please supply an example of the data you are starting with and the result you want.
