Hi
I have loaded data into Power query using the Get Data - From File - From Folder. My first file went in fine but when I try to refresh to load my next file, it comes up with this error, [expression.error] The key didn't match any rows in the table. Any idea on what has gone wrong or where I should be looking in the file to see what has errored? The file has the same columns in it and the only thing I can see that may be different is when I have downloaded it from our student management system, it looks to be in a slightly different format but still an excel file with the same columns.

Hi Karen,
Power Query is case sensitive, therefore the columns in the file need to have the exact same names, order and number of them as the original file.
That said, sometimes this error occurs when the file Power Query is trying to get data from is open. All files must be closed for Power Query to access them.
