I everyone
In Power Query editor I upload the file "Staff" with csv files, used by Mynda in her Power BI Dashboard Webinar, when trying to convert the staff column (previous filtered from the headers of the others files) from text format to Decimal Number most of the values display "Error". Why is that happening?

Hi Miguel,
I wonder if it's a regional setting to do with decimal places. You could try right-clicking the column > change type > using locale...

That was the problem; I'm portuguese and my Windows 10 is in portuguese and the Power BI is also in portuguese, so the decimal digits appear after a comma (,) and not a point (.)
At first I used the "Replace Values" Fom (.) to (,) and the conversion to the format Decimal Number went fine.
We can change The Regional Settings in File > Options > Reginal Settings (Global or Current File).
I'm going to try "Use Local"
