Hi, what are the options to refresh a power query in an excel spreadsheet in the background? I have a power query that is reading prices and formatting the table for uploading into another system. I want to automate it all, right now I have to open the excel and ‘Refresh All’ and then save it, so my next program can read the new format. I think Power Automate is an option for this, but I also think this requires a premium license? Before I go down that route I wondering if there is a refresh option that I can schedule either in Excel itself or via Windows Scheduler? Or another way? Thanks for any advice on this.

Power Automate would be the solution. There is a free Power Automate Desktop tool you can use, but the PC would need to be running for it to open the file and refresh.
I'm not aware of any way with Excel or Windows Scheduler.
