Hi Sandeep,
Lots of things can affect the sort order, however if you're simply appending the queries and not performing any cleaning or filtering then the sort order should remain as per the source.
A workaround is to add an index column immediately after appending and prior to any cleaning. You can then use this to sort by once you've completed the other steps.
