Good afternoon,

I have a PowerQuery with data imported via an API. Next to this query I want to add two columns:

  • Column L "DADO DE ALTA" that users should be able to modify manually (SI/NO)
  • Column M "FECHA ALTA" where users should be able to add a data manually.

The issue is that if I enter data into these two columns and then refresh the query, the data do not correspond to the right row anymore and get mixed up. How can I ensure that these data stay linked?

I attach a screenshot of the sheet.

Thank you!!

The screenshot didn't show. Please try again and press "Start upload" before you submit your reply.

Regarding the need to allow users to add comments to PQ generated tables that stay in sync after a refresh, you need what is called a 'self referencing table'. Though, it's difficult to explain exactly how, without seeing the underlying data.
