Hi Everyone,
I am having trouble loading data from various folders. When I get the data into PowerQuery for transformation, I then want to create a connection only and load the data to PowePivot. In doing so, although the data is loaded into the Data Model, it also produces the error above - please also refer to the screenshot.
It also produces two tables within PowerPivot (Sample File / Transform Sample File From Data).
Screenshots attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nikesh,
No screenshots attached. You have to click the yellow 'Start Upload' button to actually complete the uploading of the files.
You shouldn't have a 'Sample File' loaded to Power Pivot. Sounds like a step somewhere has gone wrong. Have you tried loading the data form one folder at a time?

Hi Nikesh,
It looks like you changed the load settings for the queries under the Transform File from Data folder. These aren't supposed to get loaded anywhere. They are Connection Only by default. Just right-click on them in the Queries & Connections pane and change the Load to setting to 'Connection Only'.
