Good Day

Please can you assist? I have done a PQ but have the following problems:

1 Not sure if the PQ structure that I have done is correct

2.The dates in both date columns are all the same date. The dates in the original data are in English format dd-mmm-yyyy

3. The Percentage column is correct in the PQ but in the table is not correct. In the original data the format is a number.

Attached is the data and the PQ that I have attempted

I am using MS365 and Windows 10 on a laptop. The data is downloaded in Japan and sent to me in Excel 2013 format - I changed it to Excel 2016. My skill level for PQ is learner.

The objective is to analyze the e-learning status of each learner and measure their progress of completed and outstanding courses.

I really appreciate your help

Hi Dave,

No files are attached.  You need to click on the Start Upload button after selecting the files.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for uploading your file. You need to edit the Pivoted Column step and click on 'Advaned options' and select 'Do not aggregate' from the list. This will preserve the dates.

This will also change the percentages to display them as whole number, which is how they're displayed in the source data. You can apply the 'decimal number' data type to them, as opposed to the percentage data type.

Hope that points you in the right direction.
