I had to make a small edit to a query that I had loaded to the data model. All I did was rename a column that I had created. I am getting this error:
We couldn't refresh the connection 'Query - my file name'. Here's the error message we got:
Index is out of range (should be bigger or equal to 0 and smaller than Count).
Parameter name: index
Actual value was 26

Hi Martha,
If you rename a column in your query that has already been loaded into Power Pivot then you'll get that error because they column names no longer match.
You could try renaming the column in Power Pivot (this will have a knock on effect to your PivotTables if you've used that field), and then refresh the query.
