Does one need to go through these steps daily to combine data onto one worksheet? My situation is that we combine daily sheets 2x/day with unique data each time. Do I replace the file and go through the steps each time or do I replace the sheets and refresh?

Hi Karen,
It's not clear if you have a new workbook each day. If so, you can copy the query out of the advanced editor and paste it into a blank query in the new file. Assuming the structure of the data in the new file is the same as the one containing the query. i.e. same number of columns and column header names.
