Hi All:

How do I get a values' percentage within a subgroup in Power Pivot.

I am just starting to get into DAX, and not clear on which functions and syntax such as sumx, summarize, filter  etc

I did a thorough search online, and could not find an answer or direction.

For example, I want to write a measure that returns a percent in each Dept GL of Department Total.

Dept 200  GL 1000 Amount = 6.... result should be 6/100

Dept 200 GL 1001  Amount = 7...result should be 7/100

Dept 200 GL 2000 Amount = 5...result should be 5/100

Total Dept =100
