Good Morning All, Mynda,
Thanks for your wonderful work and the dedication you put in your lesson.
I'm particularly grateful for the Excel Project Management dashboard I found in YouTube and it is very helpful and well explain.
I have tried to reproduce the same dashboard and I found the last part about conditional formatting very challenging as I'm not able to have the same like in the video. I'm using Microsoft Office 2016 in French and some functions are not available.
The first condition about highlight the Week-End days in my excel sheet, when I apply the formula all the days in the excel are formatting and I don't know why. Even if I click on 'Stop if true", all the other formatting’s disappear. Same for the task that are not started yet. I'm not able to see them.
Lastly, about the formatting for the "Grand Total", mine is not working at all.
I have enclosed my dashboard with this message. If someone can help me figure out why the conditional formatting cannot working properly with my Excel.
I remain at your disposal.
Thanks very much for your help.

Hi Achille,
Welcome to our forum.
The formula for the weekend dates is referencing the wrong row. e.g. if you choose cell K8 and edit the conditional formatting rule you'll see this:
=AND(WEEKDAY(K$8,2)>5,$C8<>"")
It should be:
=AND(WEEKDAY(K$7,2)>5,$C8<>"")
Also, this rule is in twice, so you'll have to delete the duplicate conditional format.
