I am using some of your logic from your Interactive Excel HR Dashboard and I would like to create an additional measure that counts the total number of females month over month. I have the below, but I know it is not accurate. I'm not sure how to incorporate the As of Date, MAX, and Gender together.

=CALCULATE(COUNT([Person Number]),FILTER('Headcount Data Reports','Headcount Data Reports'[Gender]="Female"))
