Hi Mynda,
I have tried several times to sign up and I am just not getting the verification code emailed to me. How do I contact Microsoft about this? There doesn't seem to be support contact info on the site.
Sorry I know this isn't really your problem, but I was hoping you would have Microsoft contacts.

Hi Tracy,
This will be your email system filtering the email. It's either going to a junk folder or it might be caught before even being delivered. I recommend you speak to your IT people to troubleshoot where in your email system the email is getting caught up.
