The power query import doesn't recognise the first line as being a header line
Is there a setting or particular format that has to be used for this to work so that 1st row is classed as the header?
Without the recognition of the header file it keeps the headers from the other files in the folder. I realise I can filter these out

Hi Alison,
When you import files from a folder you can modify the 'sample query' and promote the first row as headers. This will then apply that step to all files in the folder.
