Due to the technical limitations of this forum, I have to respond via Word.  Please see the attachment for an explanation

Thank you.

The Ctrl C Ctrl V doesn’t appear to work once you open the format cell box?

Hi Alison,

Yes, you have to copy the entire format in one go.

Please see attached workbook, which includes the custom format.

To recreate this yourself, you can copy the string in F2 which specifies the format.  Please note you must copy the contents of the cell by pressing F2 first, then copying the contents.  If you try to paste when you have the Format Cells dialog open and you can't, it's because you haven't done this.

So once you've got the format string copied, open Format Cells (CTRL + 1) and click on Custom.  Paste the format and click OK.  Apply the format wherever you wish using the Format Painter.  The cells must also be using the WingDings font.

regards

Phil
