Hi All, welcome to another year.
Okay here's my issue; my data download has a Date Time Group (example: 18/01/24 10:50)
I have stripped the data into a graph by day of week, but can I do something similar to get time of day.
What I'm trying to establish is when the majority of calls are received: I want to block it into 6 hour periods.
TIA

Hi Paul,
I've attached a file containing an example of how you could calculate the hourly groupings you describe. I left the intermediate steps in there so that it becomes easier to follow. Perhaps you can use any of this in your real data. If not, please come back here with a file of your own.
