I've got a pivot table that I have put conditional formatting on a number of columns, namely if under a value, format in bold red, and if over a value, format in bold green.

Having only just found the nifty show report filter pages option to split out by my filters (hallelujah) is there a way to retain that formatting??

I suppose my only other option would be to create some macro button that I can do the formatting quickly but I'm not quite sure how I would do that as the column sizes will all be a little different.

Hi Sue,

Unfortunately, there's no way to copy the formatting when you use 'show report filter pages'. The macro will be the way to go.

I would record a macro and then if you get stuck editing the VBA to allow for different numbers of columns, reach out in a new post in our VBA forum.
