Hello All,
I have uploaded a sample view that I would like to create and I am having trouble with the approach and formulas. If anyone can help me out or point me in the right direction, it would be very much appreciated.

Hi Michele,
If you look at my Project Management dashboard you can modify it so that the Project name appears in the highlighted cells instead of just a cell fill. You can't have multiple projects on one line, as you have in the case of Mickey Mouse in row 5. It would be very difficult to do this with formulas too, so I think that's a compromise you'd have to make either way you approach this.
