Hi Mohamed,

attached a possible solution: you make a pivot table from your data. In the settings of the Pivot table you fill in that every new MDN starts on another page. You can see this when you print the pivot table sheet.

I think there is also a way to split such a pivot table, but can't remember how. Maybe someone else here on the Forum?

Good luck!

Frans

Hi Frans

Thanks for your help i don't mean to say above my message, there is i attached file data base & MDN, if i entered in (MDN Sheet cell B1) like MDN-01 data should automatically display from database.

I think that's not possible with a normal function because of the different amounts for the MDN's. You don't know in advance how many MDN-01 and MDN-02 etc. there are. So you don't know how many rows you need on your second sheet.

Maybe with some VBA or so, but that's for other people here on the Forum and not my ability.

My solution gives you the required display. You only have to make an Excel table of your database and refresh the pivottable. That's not that work I think?

Hi Mohamed

You can give this a try.

You will need to adjust the macro to suit your needs.

Hope this helps

Hi Saliha

Give this a try. Please note that the formulas used are array formulas and you need to press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER instead of ENTER.

You cannot enter array formulas into merged cells so I have demerged some cells so that the formulas can work.
