I have a question about goal Achievement %age actual vs target calculation.
My target is monthly 1.5%, which can be exceeded; however, the actual is 6.4% higher than the target. So how do I calculate the Achievement %age? If I figured Actual divided by the target is incorrect as the maximum target was 1.5 % and couldn’t be exceeded.
What should be the formula? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Welcome to our forum. In future please be sure to only post your question in one place so that people don't waste time answering questions that have already been answered. As I replied to your duplicate email:
This is a math question, not an Excel question. I don't know what your definition of achievement is in order to tell you how to calculate it.
You also contradict whether the target can or cannot be exceeded - first you say it can, then you say it can't.
This is what I understand from what you've said:
Your target is 1.5%. Your actual is 6.4% higher than the target. Therefore your actual is 7.9% of something. Don't know if that helps.
