What formula combination can I use to come up with the reading score for multiple students depending on their grade and number of words read.

 

  NON READER POOR OK GOOD EXCELLENT
GRADE 1 30 31 - 39 40 - 49 50 - 59 >60
GRADE 2 40 or less 41 - 49 50 - 58 60 - 69 >70
GRADE 3 50 or less 51 - 59 60 - 69 70 - 79 >80
GRADE 4 60 or less 61 - 69 70 - 79 80 - 89 <90
GRADE 5 70 or less 71 - 79 80 - 89 90 - 99 100 or more
GRADE 6 80 or less 81-89 90-99 100-109 110 or more

Depending on the Excel version that you are using one or both formulas in the attached file should work.
