What formula combination can I use to come up with the reading score for multiple students depending on their grade and number of words read.

GRADE 1 | 30 | 31 - 39 | 40 - 49 | 50 - 59 | >60 |
GRADE 2 | 40 or less | 41 - 49 | 50 - 58 | 60 - 69 | >70 |
GRADE 3 | 50 or less | 51 - 59 | 60 - 69 | 70 - 79 | >80 |
GRADE 4 | 60 or less | 61 - 69 | 70 - 79 | 80 - 89 | <90 |
