Hi, I have a spreadsheet that shows employees assigned a menu option and security keys.  Seven options can be assigned.  I added a Pivot Table to display how many options are assigned to a user.  I want to get a count of users from the Pivot Table’s Grand Total to determine how many users have 1 option assigned, 2 options assigned, 3 options assigned, etc.  Attach is a snip shot of Pivot Table.

Perhaps not the most elegant solution but you could simply use COUNTIF as demonstrated in the attached example.

What if you switch the columns?

Maybe try slicers and an extra filter like grouping per Menu option?
