I have a project Gannt chart which is using conditional formatting to create working days and blank out weekends.
I now need to blank out public holidays / specifc date ranges which are to be non workinn days.
Ive attached the document top assist.
I suggest you name the holidays you entered as named range and do a lookup using the value in row 5 and if found then that column is a Holiday
I added a conditional formatting rule the explanation is in the other worksheet next to the list Holidays

Is there away so the workday formula recognises this a non working day?
You can take this up in the conditional formatting too,
It itá a non-working day (I am assuming a Holiday) then you give it the color you want.
