I have a chart title that links to a cell. The cell is a number and is formatted to 1 decimal place. When I use the link to the cell to have a dynamic chart title, it does not use the format of the cell but shows multiple decimal places.
The chart title is
="Year average: " & A4
If the number in A4 is 82.3 it appears as 82.265 in the chart title.
Is there a remedy for this?

You could try either
a) ="Year average: " & ROUND(A4,2)
b)="Year average: " & TEXT(A4,"#.00")
