I have used different combinations of dates of cash flows. Some cases are of first odd/irregular period of coupon payment and some aren't. Most of the time this function throws #NUM error. I don't know what's wrong with this function? In each case I have complied with the condition of Issue date < Settlement date < First coupon payment date < Maturity date. I have attached the Excel file.
