I would like to use conditional formatting using Data Bar or Icon Set on below result - sales performance to attract attention. I have read the tutorial but still not sure how to use itCry.  I have applied the formula - "IF" on the remarks, =If(C3>B3,"over-forecast","under-forecast").

would you please help. Thank you.

Estella

SKU FORECAST ACTUAL SALES VARIANCE REMARKS
APPLE 3000 2900 -100 UNDER-FORECAST
ORANGE 2600 1500 -1100 UNDER-FORECAST
KIWI 900 2000 1100 OVER-FORECAST
AVOCADO 1800 1900 100 OVER-FORECAST
PEAR 560 1000 440 OVER-FORECAST

Hi Estella

I have attached a sample for you to see.

To view the conditions, select the range then click on Conditional Formatting-Manage Rules-Edit Rule

Hope this helps.
