Dear Sir/Madam,
I want a chart to show Grade wise minimum maximum and average by chart by using a slicer Pivot for a list as example below
| Grade | Basic |
| 1 | 4000 |
| 1 | 3000 |
| 1 | 5000 |
| 1 | 3000 |
| 1 | 8000 |
| 1 | 2000 |
| 1 | 6000 |
| 1 | 5400 |
| 1 | 1500 |
| 1 | 2500 |
in the above we know the minimum basic is 1500 , maximum basic is 8000 and Average basic is 4040 I just need to show only these figures In the chart. can you help how to get it in one formula so I can use it in chart and in slicer .. thanks in advance

Hi Murali,
Here is a solution (without knowing which version of excel you are using). I added data for a GRADE 2 and a second sheet for the graph and the slicer.
