Hello,
I have a file (attached) with survey results from a Survey Monkey customer satisfaction survey. I want to create a formula or method that will return any comments in columns R, S & T if any of the results from each survey is a 3 or lower.
I've tried index/match without luck and I know that VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP are viable. I tried it using a pivot table and slicers, but that doesn't give me the results I need. I'm sure there's a correct answer, but I'm hoping someone reading this can help.
Thank you!

Hi Fran,
You can add a helper column to the table that counts the scores in columns E:Q that are less than 4. Then filter that column to only display rows where the count is not 0.
See example attached.
If you wanted the data in its own table without the hidden rows, you could use Power Query to filter the data and return it to a new table.
