I have started a picture directory, (limited knowledge) and have personal information on one sheet and picture on another.
I want to populate the residents picture in a cell based on another cell (Lot #) on the first sheet
Can you help me out

I'd like to help but cannot download the file, just see text and pictures but I need the file to help.

First of all the file you sent me has a for me unreachable link (C:\Volumes\OMS_DIR\DirectoryBackupMarch2023 2 copy.xlsx) so the value in column O in the Master Sheet is #REF.
What I see as a serious issue in the Image sheet (which I assume is the sheet where you want to read the pictures from ) is in mho entirely unmanegeable due to the picture's names. I would name these according to the Lot number
Take Picture2 in B3 why not name it lot_1 in this way when you place the number in Dirprint F5 if will lookup Lot_1 and place it there.
As far as I know it has to be done with macro's so I'll look it up and see if I can do something for you.
