Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have introduced a task completed column and it has a drop down with two selections. Completed/Not completed. Thats all fine.
There are 13 tasks in total for each activity. I want to show the percentage completed...say 11 are saying completed, 2 are saying not completed.
I cant get a formula in the next column to show this (e.g 84 complete) and this would change as each line item is changed to either completed or not completed....
I bet you are all laughing at me but it been years and I am bit out of touch!

You can use the COUNTIF function to count how many tasks are completed, which can then be divided by the total tasks calculated using COUNTA on the task column. I hope that points you in the right direction. If you're still stuck, please share your file so we can give you a solution based on your data.
