Hi Mynda,
I'm making a bar chart where the axis labels consist of long text, which gets cut off as in the attached picture.
I tried to format the Axis to resize to fit the text, but the options in the Alignment tab of Format Axis dialogue box are greyed out no matter what I try.
Is there something I'm missing?

Hi Blanka,
The only way to deal with this is to make the chart bigger overall, or make the bar area smaller to allow more room for the axis labels. You can just left click in the chart area (behind the bars) to activate the pull handles and then left click the sides of the chart area to resize.
