In my pivot chart, I have a column with the Count of values next to a column with that same Count of values, but shown as "% of Parent Column Totals," and then conditionally formatted with data bars.
How can I sort by % of Column Totals? (Row E)
I want my dang data bars to be in order! Thank you!

Hi Nick,
Welcome to our forum!
The short answer is, you can't sort by the Show Values As percent columns in regular PivotTables, only the absolute values in the employees columns.
The solution is to use Power Pivot and write a DAX measure that can be sorted. See file attached.
If you'd like to learn Power Pivot and DAX, please consider my Power Pivot course.
