I created a Dashboard about 12 months ago and the scrolling up and down of the tables worked correctly.  Click between the current pointer and the bottom arrow and it scrolled down the desired number of lines.  Suddenly, it now continues until the pointer reaches the cursor and then stops.  This means, to scroll down I need to place the cursor just below the pointer and click, then move the cursor down below the new pointer and click again.  This now happens to all of the tables in the dashboard  I used to be able to click just above the bottom arrow and just click, click, click etc for 10 lines at a time.  Can you suggest what might have changed?   Thanks,  Peter

Hi Peter and welcome to the forum.

Try right-clicking the scrollbar and choose Format Control.

In the Control tab look at the Incremental change and Page change values.

I believe one/both of them may be the cause of your problem. Try adjusting their values and if it helps.

Sunny,

Thanks for the suggestion.  The incremental change is 1 and the page change is 10 (matching the number of rows displayed).  Changing these values has not made any difference.  The scrolling worked correctly when I first developed it.  Now it works intermittently but generally it scrolls until the pointer meets the cursor.  I do not know if I changed anything to cause this effect.

Peter.

Hi Peter,

It sounds like a bug. Are you able to create a sample Excel file that we can see and try to replicate the issue? If it is a bug I can report it to Microsoft.

Mynda
