I have placed a doughnut chart on a dashboard that is connected to a slicer. The doughnut chart works fine, but the textbox in the center does not keep the value from the intended column if the value is zero. For instance, I have three columns: Completed, In-progress, and Grand Total. When the percentage in column one (Completed) is zero, the pivot table collapses, replaces the column with the next column (In-Progress), and displays that cell value instead. We want to show all values in the Completed column including zeros alongside those still in progress. How do I get the pivot table to stop collapsing so that it does not grab the value from the wrong column? I have changed the settings in the field settings to show all values and also set the pivot to insert 0 in areas that are blank. I am new to creating these, so please excuse me for the elementary question.
