Hello together,
I have a small problem and I am not sure if it can be solved easily.
I have rebuilt the Project Management Dashboard and everything works really well. (Many thanks for the outstanding video!)
However, I now have to work on the project with international colleagues and have created all cells and formatting in German. If colleagues now want to work with their own Excel version, e.g. in English or another language. The conditional formatting no longer works on their system because it is set up in German (Nettoarbeitstage INTL. = NET WORKING DAYS. INTL etc.).
Can anyone help me how to make the formatting usable regardless of the language set in the individual system?

Welcome to our forum!
I haven't had a lot of experience working in files created in another language, but from time to time I get sent a file from another locale and when I open it the formulas automatically convert to their English equivalents. I would have thought the conditional formatting formulas do the same.
Are you able to share the file or at least a sample file here so I can reproduce the issue?
