Hi Mynda,
I've tried adapting the Project Management Dashboard for my work, but I'm having trouble getting the conditional formatting to work for "in progress" tasks. I've attached the file - I'm working in Excel 2016 on a PC.
Additionally, I wondered if there is a way to highlight holidays and/or "today" within the dashboard? I tried a few things and none have worked so far.
thank you!

Hi Rachel,
Welcome to our forum! It's great to see you're making use of the techniques in my Project Management Dashboard tutorial.
When writing Conditional Formatting formulas, or any formulas, you must be very diligent about the details. The last cell reference in your In Progress Conditional Formatting formula should be referencing the End Date, not the Start Date.
=AND(J$5>=WORKDAY.INTL($E6,$H6,1),$I6<>1,J$5<=$F6)
Yes, you can highlight holidays by referencing a list of holiday dates and comparing the date in row 5 to see if it's on the list, then applying a format as required.
For today, you can use a formula like this:
=J$5=TODAY()
I hope that points you in the right direction.
Mynda
