Hi,
I am using Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016, and Microsoft Excel 2016 - I have attached the information to this topic. When I tried to use these formulas IFS and SWITCH, it came up with #NAME? I search these two formulas but I couldn't find it. Can you please advise if there is anything I can do?

Hi Shirley,
Welcome to our forum! Those functions are only available in Excel 2019 or Microsoft 365. You would need to upgrade to get them.
