What system requirements do I need to watch the training videos?
Windows: Pentium class processor or better, Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 with at least 256MB of RAM

Internet Explorer 7 or above, Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome
Flash Player v10.1 or higher
Note: most of the videos will not play on iPads or iPhones as Apple does not support the Flash video format. However, you may be able to purchase an App that will play Flash videos on Apple devices, but we do not offer any guarantees that this will work. You can test it using the Demo video on the home page before you subscribe.

Is the price I see listed for only one course or for all courses?
Your membership includes unlimited access to ALL courses including new courses released while your subscription is active. Watch as many times as you like 24/7.
Is the training one video or in separate modules?
Each training course is split into separate modules called Sessions. Each session is made up of multiple videos; one for each topic.
Can I get a copy of the training on CD?
No, the training is only available online.
Can I download your online tutorials?
Selected courses can be downloaded after 30 days. If you have subscribed to a download package you will receive an email after 30 days with links to download the videos.
Can I login from any computer with my username and password, or am I limited to a single computer?
Yes, you can login from any internet-connected computer. However, you can only be logged in from one computer at a time.
Can I buy one subscription and allow multiple users to access it?
No, My Online Training Hub only sends the Continuous Learning Newsletter to one email address, plus other valuable content is delivered to the subscriber’s inbox. We offer significant discounts for multiple users, making it worthwhile getting a subscription for each employee. Click here for multi-user pricing.
I received an email from My Online Training Hub that states “Multiple users may be accessing your account.” What should I do?
My Online Training Hub monitors your logins and usage. If it appears that the system is being abused, you will be alerted. You should consider changing your password by editing your profile in the Members area to stop further activity. If continued abuses are logged, you may be in violation of our Terms and Conditions, and your account may be reviewed for possible cancellation.
I have a multi-user subscription and one of my employee’s has left, how do I assign that subscription to a new employee?
Contact us. We will assign the subscription to a new user for you.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with our training courses, notify us within 30 days after subscribing and you’ll receive a full refund. Hassle-free.
How do I get a copy of my tax invoice/receipt?
You will be issued with a copy upon payment, but if you need a duplicate copy, please contact us and we will happily send you one.
If I sign up for your subscription, are my credit card transactions secure?
When you sign up, you can always be confident that your credit card information is secure. We utilise the very latest technology, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to encrypt (or electronically scramble) all credit card numbers. Additionally, to protect against hackers or other unauthorized personnel, we have firewalls and other security measures protecting our server. Any credit card information or personal information you provide to us is kept in a secure database server at all times.
Can I request a video based on a real business scenario?
Yes. We would like to hear what challenges you’re having with Excel, Word, Outlook or Windows XP, Vista or 7. Please send us a specific question, and where relevant attach your spreadsheet/document and we will endeavour to record a video demonstrating the solution. Note: In order to protect your privacy please change the names, phone numbers and any other sensitive information so the information you send us is anonymous.
